Luthier - restorer of bow string instruments

I make a box that a simple brush of horsehair transforms into emotion.
The Luthier gives shape to the intangible.

What I'm proud of:

• It is mainly to have kept my place as a luthier, by transmitting the knowledge that I had been entrusted to many apprentices who, scattered around the world, are now transmitting in return this ancestral message.

• Also proud to have enriched and illustrated with my creations, at my level, the immense instrumental heritage of French violin making.

• Also proud to have today enriched the ranks of the Orchester Symphonique de Montréal and the musical world with an instrument that has disappeared for 150 years: the Octobass, whose voice was so dear to the heart of Hector Berlioz.
