Janine Jacquot Perrin

Glass artisan and decorator

I like the architectural dimensions, the notions of walls, partitions, doors ... I like uncolored glass that is adorned with the colors of time, the drops of rain that hit the windows. I like the frost and the ice that catch the light.

What I'm proud of:

“Her techniques are plural, her raw material unique, Janine Jacquot Perrin tirelessly works with white glass. Its implementation is based on the great classics of the trade such as fusing, thermoforming, sandblasting, gluing, etching ... But the magic is elsewhere. In the search for new effects and a supreme lightness, in the exploration of unknown ways, of new interpretations of transparencies."
Alain DUSART, deputy editor of the Republican East
