The Liliane Bettencourt Prize pour l’intelligence de la main® rewards excellence, collaborative know-how, creativity and innovation in artistic craftsmanship.
Having become a symbol of French excellence, the prize reinforces the reputation of these women and men.
Since its inception, this competition open to professional craftsmen has crowned the talent of more than 100 winners in 50 different fields whose creations testify to the intelligence of the hand.

The Association des Compagnons du Devoir and the PEMS - Pole of Excellence in Flexible Materials - provides training and information on the flexible materials trades.

What we're proud of:

The PEMS of the Compagnons du Devoir is currently developing a procedure library of flexible materials: library of assemblies and finishes, which aims to promote and disseminate the know-how of the trades of leatherworking, shoemaking, upholstery (seat and decor) and saddling- trimming.
